Please come to your appointment without any eye makeup, mascara, or eyeliner. A clean Canvas ensures a secure bond between your natural lashes and the extensions.

If possible, try to limit your caffeine intake before your appointment. This will help you and your eyes relax for an extended period of time.

Lash extensions require some time for application. Plan your day accordingly, turn your phone on silent, bring headphones to listen to your favorites or enjoy my music and engaging conversation. Most importantly arrive with a relaxed and patient mindset.

What to Expect During Your Appointment

The consultation is the start of your appointment to understand your desired outcome as well as discuss your sensitivities, lifestyle and natural lash health to ensure we choose the right products for you. This is also the time to make sure we answer ALL of your questions.

Together we will choose the lash length, curl and style that best suits your eye shape and personal taste flawlessly.

You'll recline comfortably on the treatment bed with therapeutic memory-foam pillows, luxurious blankets and a massage and heating option, close your eyes and the service will begin. A professional-grade adhesive is used to attach each extension. The process is precise and can take up to 2 hours, depending on your desired outcome.

Many Clients find the lash application relaxing and may even take a nap during the process.

LASH EXTENSION AFTERCARE

You will be provided with aftercare products and instructions to ensure your lash extensions last as long as possible between touch-up appointments. It is important to avoid excessive moisture, oil-based products and aggressive rubbing, picking or pulling at your lashes.

Most commonly classics mimic curling your natural lashes and applying mascara which can make it the perfect everyday look for some. Volume on the other hand, uses multiple thinner extensions known as "fans" (not to be mistaken for cluster lashes) to create a fuller, more glam effect.

Lash extensions typically last several weeks. On average, you can expect them to look their best for 3-4 weeks. However, they will gradually shed as your natural lashes go through their growth cycle. To maintain your flawless look, it is recommended to schedule touch-up appointments every 2-3 weeks. Mascara is not necessary with your lash extensions as they will give you all of the length and volume you need. Adding mascara is often discouraged because certain ingredients can weaken the adhesive bond and reduce the lifespan of your extensions. If you still want to use mascara, ask your artist for water-based, lash extension-friendly products or about adding a top and bottom lash tint to your appointment to avoid the mascara mess all together.
